so the answer is "no one". And I'll answer your question. pac never fought a fighter quite like a "prime Spence". And quite frankly its an unreasonable question for any boxing fan. Like when people ask "has floyd ever fought anyone like prime paul williams doe", but anyone who knows boxing knows who would win.
styles do make fights but very rarely does one boxer have a style nearly identical to another boxer. I think pac from 2007-2009 could beat a prime Spence but it's because I think he would be too fast.
A guy who is afraid of random vada testing to such a degree that it put off the Floyd fight for 6 years? Spence aint fought no one like that.

Thurman's the truth. Beat Danny(undefeated) and Porter back to back FIRST. All this talk about Spence being pound for pound because of his recent victories is funny as hell to me. Thurman did what ya'll hailing Spence as king for like 2 years ago

Brook came down to Welterweight to fight Spence. That mean he was twice as big.
Broken eye socket sure. But that wasn't the difference. Spence outworked him, outgrinded him, outclassed him after 4 / 5. The eye was complimentary, but it wasn't the difference until it became so in rnd 10. Brook won 4 of the 10 rounds fought to Spence 6. Spence only won by 3 points at the end.
