What clock is ticking on the Jets?"Clock is ticking on the Packers"
It's ticking on the Jets too lol. Guy already thinking retirement you get him and in 2 years you get the same problem this offseason except you gave up picks, Lamar's on a contract, CJ Stroud, Bryce Young, Caleb Williams already drafted.
Kick the can down the road, give up picks to do it, and still talk leverage brehs

Was just about to tell dude the same thing. There’s other QB’s available. You think GB’s gonna wanna pay the man over 60M to sit out? The pack have zero leverage. What clock is ticking on the Jets?
Rodgers isn't the only QB on the market, we're not the ones stuck with a $60 million clipboard holder if this doesn't happen and we're ok with keeping our picks...
It's real simple...you're trading for a QB 2 years away from retirement, the clock is ticking on the next 2 years. After that you will have the same number of QBs that you have now. ZeroWhat clock is ticking on the Jets?

I’m not stress like other Jets fans. The biggest issue is Zach Wilson are his is inconsistent mechanics. He gets that down, and he will be decent.
I don’t argue quarterbacks here anymore. I know what my football acumen is telling me. His mechanics are unsound and inconsistent. He also played in a chickenshyt system. I’m going to wait on him.Wilson is a bust.
The optimal time for the Packers to trade Rodgers salary cap wise is after June 1. By waiting until June 2, the bonus proration from Rodgers' 2024 through 2026 contract years wouldn't accelerate onto Green Bay's 2023 salary cap. It would be a 2024 cap charge.
The Packers would free up $15.79 million of cap space. There would be $15,833,570 in dead money, a salary cap charge for a player no longer on a team's roster, from the bonus proration relating to Rodgers' 2023 contract year. There would be $24.48 million of dead money in 2024 from the 2024 through 2026 bonus proration.
2019 league MVP Lamar Jackson...It's real simple...you're trading for a QB 2 years away from retirement, the clock is ticking on the next 2 years. After that you will have the same number of QBs that you have now. Zero
And who are these other QBs on the market
Exactly and no one gives a single fukk about what's optimal for the Packers because they have ZERO leverage...The Jets(or whomever wants to trade for AR) wants to get the deal done before the draft, but if it's not done before the draft, it's gonna be put on ice until after June 1
