He spoke to the receptionist but was invited into another office by “optician Brian Steiner.” While looking at a display, Steiner now kneeling, told the victim, “Black guys are so hung.” The man was taken aback by what Steiner said but stayed, said the criminal complaint. Steiner then attempted to arrange a meeting and finally offered oral sex while offering the man a free pair of gold framed clear lens glasses.
