From that documentary Big was supposed to be at a London press conference, which was set up by Clive Davis(Ariza Records), which would introduce him to bigger markets. But Puffy was adamant that BIG be at this after party, knowing that Pac died and west coast nikkas were out for revenge. He didn't protect his artist at all..

You cannot prevent or know when someone is going to file a lawsuit. Anyone can file any accusation whether it's true or not.

And the Trump case proves my point. That man was actually found liable of sexual assault in court last year but has faced no smoke. Where is his sex trafficking rico case? He got a dozen accusers. Nobody calling him a rapist and sexual assaulter in the media or on these same blog sites. Most of these same blogs are endorsing the rapist trump. A black man with unproven accusations gets dragged more than a white man who has been found guilty.

Im not saying you can predict a lawsuit, but they can be anticipated, and many times people will reach out to you for a resolution before going further. This is why ndas are so prevalent in business, and even intimate dealings now. They include language about dispute resolutions.

Like the producer who recently sued puff. Dude said he wasn’t paid for his services, then he filed a lawsuit for all types of alleged abuse. That could’ve been avoided.
