Yeah I have Yoga tomorrow...really not looking forward to it lol

My friend did p90x a while back and he said for the first 2-3 Yoga workouts he did the X Stretch instead...I'll see how it goes before I resort to something like that though

yeah, I'm in pretty good shape, but it's hard as sh1t to get through all those ab reps.

Computer has been messed up so I couldn't make videos...had to resort to making them on the laptop...quality is a little bit lower but meh

Insanity is all body weight exercises (jump squats, pushups) mixed with cardio.

Still hard as shyt ... especially if you have too many beers the night before.

Which one do ou prefer... i know with p90x u need weights n shyt, what about insanity?

It's personal preference but I like insanity more. Shaun T is less annoying, the workouts are shorter but still just as taxing. It's more repetitive but I don't mind that. You don't need any equipment for it either. The one big drawback is its harder on your knees but as long as you maintain form there's little injury risk.
