I wasn't clownin ur workout...I just clicked on the thread thinking u meant something else by "overtraining"...what you spoke about is how you should feel after every workout imo. If you have anything left in the tank afterwards, or going to the kitchen, car, or up the stairs isn't as bad as it possibly can be, then you shorted yourself...That's just how I look at it. Builds extreme discipline, and appreciation for the human body and your own determination & endurance, friend. A Brazilian Jujitsu Master would know this
