I know this feeling too well. I did dead lifts for the first time in 3 months on Friday and I really pushed it because I'm trying to get my body back to where it needs to be. Now, I feel like my legs got bricks thrown at them.
Yea my first time dead lifting after a 5 month layoff i tried to put 3 plates on. I had to wave my hand in front of my face to make sure i was still concious after i finished. Friends have to work at their own pace and realize their limitations. Sometimes thinkin about how strong you once were or measuring up to the lifts of individuals around friends can make a friend do to much. friend.

My cardio conditioning is in the toilet right now so im coming back up. Why dont you do 20 minutes o INTENSE jumprope and 100 burpees. My rope work is feverishly fast and my burpees are aggressive. Please friend, lets not act like this is easy. There are a lot of friends out there that lift skyscrapers that cant run a couple miles to save their life.

Done that and more...in blistering 110 degree weather, friend. Not showing off, just saying. And like I said...no need to get defensive :whoa: I wasn't clownin ur workout...I just clicked on the thread thinking u meant something else by "overtraining"...what you spoke about is how you should feel after every workout imo. If you have anything left in the tank afterwards, or going to the kitchen, car, or up the stairs isn't as bad as it possibly can be, then you shorted yourself...That's just how I look at it. Builds extreme discipline, and appreciation for the human body and your own determination & endurance, friend. A Brazilian Jujitsu Master would know this :childplease:

I think overtraining is relative to the individual. Everyone has their definition of what overtraining is, friend. For someone who has taken time off, its a lot different from someone who lives in the gym. No need to dump on my definition because you're on another plateau at the moment. You were clowning me, stop it.

YOU CALL THAT OVERTRAINING :skip:

Its so demonic, friends.
