I just can't think of a set of criteria by which you could evaluate wrestlers and get Hogan > Rollins > Nash.

To me Rollins has to be either better than both of them (if you strongly weight workrate above all else) or worse than both of them (taking into account impact on the business, ability to talk on the mic, charisma, look, etc etc)
