How? The heat is the same and that's what made the match.

Because the heat was a part of the moment.

When you look back on that match, what they did in the ring was nothing special whatsoever.

It's like saying one of Cena's top 5 matches was with RVD, it's just not true off of the actual match.

Oh, I don't give a fukk about what they do in the ring to be honest. I care about how they do it and if they are able to create drama.

A match can consist on punches, a suplex and a couple of bodyslams and I'll be fine with it as long as the wrestlers know how to tell a story and build drama. Guys like Funk, Lawler and Hogan (and even Ric Flair) never did anything special in the ring, they just knew how to work a crowd into their matches...that's all I ask tbh.

I understand what you're getting at, and is valid to a degree, but not in this case.

You don't need 500 moves to have a good match, I just like that if I re-watch the match is still great? Does is still draw me in? And that almost never happens with Hogan.
