To anybody talking "dine" on some oxtails. I was in Jamaica in February and made it a point to eat some oxtail all 6 days I was there. And "mayne" I love all/most Caribbean spots in the States, but just on our resort I had the best oxtails ever. Who couldn't like a platter of Oxtails with the Rice and Peas

I'm white so I'm sure my opinion doesn't matter and I'm ready to be negged for it but Oxtail is awful.

Had it in restaurants, had it cooked by old Caribbean ppl, had it made by white girls who speak with a fake Jamaican accent

Had it with beans n rice, had oxtail stew


All not good. The seasoning can make it passable but it's still two white thumbs down from me
