I'd been making this for the past week because someone posted it on FB...then earlier today, I just tossed the oats, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, protein, skim milk, and a banana in the blender. It ended up making a thick, syrup-like shake but it was still really good. :ehh:

Had the apple cinnamon today - so yummy! The blueberry maple is great, too.

Do you heat this up or eat it cold?
No heating up required - you have to leave them in the fridge for at least 4 hours before eating them...and you eat them cold.

The basic recipe is:

1/4 cup uncooked old fashioned rolled oats (not the quick/minute oats)
1/3 cup skimmed milk
1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
1-1/2 teaspoons dried chia seeds (Chia seeds are great for you!! http://healthyeating.sfgate.com/top-10-health-benefits-chia-seeds-6962.html)

Then, you add your different flavours, fruit etc.

They're so quick and easy to make - I just make them at night, then leave overnight in the fridge and bring to work in the morning.
