I've dropped so many weekly WO newsletters mentioning those all time horrible numbers that I've damn sure lost count of which was the last time he brought it up. Anytime they get a bad PPV number or Raw rating..they go right back to 1997.
In Your House D-X did around 0.44 which equals to around 240,000 buys

That is essentially a percentage of current t viewers which are watching show x; for ppvs its a percentage of ppv ready households which purchased said ppv.
I may be wrong on the latter

Its not as bad as it sounds because the install base for ppv went up exponentially btwn 13 and 17 but it is NOT good
