Outkast deserves it no doubt but not having Nas and Wu-Tang, who predate Kast, is wild.

Nas debut was in 1991
Wu Tang in 1992

the rock and roll hall of fame is kind of weird. The fact that Chubby checker isn't already in says a lot. Jay Z went in the same year as LL and LL dropped his first album 11 years before Jay Z. I can't make sense of it.
