All I can do is :bryan: at this logic. This is exactly what folks said before 1PM ET yesterday.

Now folks are saying the exact same thing. Oh well. Don't believe us, just watch...

They blew a 20 point lead in that game, they really should not have one that game. They will not survive with Reckless Ryan throwing like that again

What a great thread title :wow:

fukk both of these teams because they're old NFC West foes.

However, I rolling with Niners even tho, if Falcons win mad big booty hoes coming down for the Super Bowl. :ohlawd:

TYRONE GA!
:scusthov: @ the thread title, but this should be a great game. I like our chances at home with a rejuvenated run game & a wide open passing game. This will be the first NFCCG the Falcons have ever hosted & the Dome will be the loudest it's EVER been. Last time Kaep faced a crowd that loud in SEA, he folded

ATL 31-28 :obama:

To be fair, NO ONE HARDLY WINS IN SEATTLE.

And the Hawks D pretty much shut the Falcons down in the 2nd half. Guess they really weren't ready for a 10 am game when the game started. :laff:

But seriously, Ryan almost gave that game away. Wilson also had WAY more opportunities to keep the ball on the read option and run it, but didn't I noticed. Kaep will run it.

But like others have said, the pressure is definitely off the Falcons now, gonna be interesting.

I'm still :scusthov: @ that title though. :laff: :laff: :laff:

NINER EMPIRE
the same team that beat the 49ers b like 50 a few weeks ago?
:what:
I'll never get this logic.

Because the Falcons beat the Seahawks, who beat the Niners, the Falcons now are gonna beat the Niners?
Okay, you're totally ignoring the fact that the Niners also beat the Seahawks and, applying your same logic, the Niners should beat the Falcons because the Niners beat the Saints.
This game, like any other game, is about matchups.

At any rate, this should be a great game. I think where this game will be won/lost is the Atlanta offense against the Niners defense. Those 2 receivers will be the best receiving tandem the Niners have faced this year (yes, better than the Giants receivers). I'm curious to see how the Niners are going to play them.
I don't anticipate the Falcons having the same success running the ball against the Niners that they did against the Seahawks. Seattle was pretty average/below average when it came to stopping the run the 2nd half of the season (They were giving up something like 5 YPC), so Atlanta took advantage of their weakness.

The Niners should be able to run the ball on the Falcons. The games the Falcons lost this year, the teams controlled the clock and ran the ball effectively. I anticipate the Niners following this strategy.
If Abraham can't go, then that just makes their pass rush that more weak. I'm thinking they'll put a safety over top of VD in light of what Zach Miller just did to the Falcons LB corps.

I know some of the talk in Atlanta has been, "We'll be able to stop the read option play against the Niners because we stopped Seattle and Russell Wilson doing it". Trust me when I say, it's not the same thing.

I'm cautiously optimistic because I've seen the Niners look like world beaters one week and then come back the next week and play like shyt.

It should be a good game, nonetheless...

Crabtree is playing next level great right now. His RAC yards are shyt that Rice used to do, not saying he's anywhere near that, but damn he's an animal right now after the catch.

We're finally getting our moneys worth from him

Yeah I'm sure Moss has helped him come along or at least the added competition at WR in San Fran has made him play better. Nothing but respect for him and that team man.
