Ya, disappointing game. But oh well 3-1 with Brady coming back. I will take it.

Got basically a preseason game next week that brady can warm up with before the Cinncy and Pitt games.

Yeah, the Browns will be a nice game for Brady to get back in the swing of things and pad his stats.

Can't believe that people are really celebrating our loss, especially when our personnel issues are very obvious.

Rosevelt Colvin: "Any time something bad happened at practice, the two words you don't ever want to hear come out of his mouth are 'Take off.' That Bill-ism means just get out of his sight and run a lap around the field. If he was really pissed off, he'd yell 'Take off,' wait a few seconds and then add 'Everybody!' and that meant coaches included, even the old guys and heavy guys. We'd all circle back, inching up, hoping not to hear 'Keeeeep going.'"

What do you guys think of Bennett so far? Honestly, he could end up being one of the best pick-ups Belichick has ever made. He's done very well so far with limited offensive weapons next to him. It's going to be amazing once Gronk is at full health and Brady is back. This offense could be near impossible to stop. I'm not going to go overboard, but baring major injuries, this offense at full strength could be one of the best we've seen.....

He's helped made Jimmy G and, to a lesser extent, Brissett look good. He's another big target that runs excellent routes in the middle of the field and he can block. He's also a great redzone target for us.

But I don't think we'll see him at his best until Brady, himself, and Gronk get on the same page as the season progresses.

Bennett has been great. I had know idea how complete of a TE dude was tho. New he was good in the open filed and catching, but I am kinda of amazed how good he is blocking. I cannot wait for Brady to start tossing him the ball.

Great article full of many quotes about Belichick.

The Cassel one had me dead.:deadmanny:

Yo..

Matt Cassel: My rookie year, I got crushed in the back by a corner blitz against the Giants. We're playing them the next year in the last preseason game. He asks me, 'OK, Cassel, what front do they like to bring the corner blitz from?' I had looked it up the night before, anticipating it. I said, 'Coach, it's an over.' And he goes, 'Brady?' Well, you know immediately when he goes to the next guy: 'Oh, no. Oh, no.' And Brady says, 'An under.' And he goes, 'Brady's right. I don't want to have to send your mother another note that says, 'Dear Mrs. Cassel, we regret to inform you that your son got killed being a dumbass.'":beli:

“I’m pretty motivated (all the time). I’ve been dealing with a lot of adversities over the course of my career. I know all athletes at this point in their careers, nothing has been handed to them or given to them. You have to work hard to earn it. And you draw on those lessons you have learned over the course of a long athletic career to deal with all types of these situations."

Tom Brady makes first public comments since returning to Patriots :LaughingAtYou:

Bennett has been fantastic for the Pats and they'll need him when they head to Denver in December.

Brady should use the Browns game to work on chemistry with him...
