If you were a celebrity and this kept coming up in the news, but you knew for CERTAIN that it wasn't your kid, wouldn't you take the test to shut him up? And with the current allegations going on you think this would be something he would endure if he could shut it down? And please understand a court could have legally forced Jay to take a paternity test. I'm not sure what his lawyers did in New Jersey to stop that. One issue could be though that the court is going to look to the childs best interests. But when dude started going after Jay he was already 17. Once he reached 18 I'm sure the courts did consider it necessary anymore.
