I watched GSW destroy Houston right before the ASB and I had a moment of I guess appreciation for Draymond and Curry. Seen them dude play hot potatoe in one possesion on the Houston defense and curry buried a three.

Shyt was devastating to watch like it was happening in slow motion in real time. It suppose to be so predictable and easy to see coming yet so hard to deny. Draymond doing something right. That connection isnt so one side beneficial as many ppl lie to believe

Oscar wasn't wrong at all. Curry won in 2022 primarily as a pick and roll guard. None of that traffic cop shyt at the top of the key was gonna work against that Celtics squad. Dray turned in the worst finals of his career, getting benched at the end of game 4 due to his offensive deficiencies.

The Warriors should've become a PnR squad after that finals, instead of forcing their aging superstar guard to run a marathon every game to validate Dray's existence on the court. He sucks. They were guaranteed to win in 2014-15 when Kyrie and Love went down. Draymond has never been the best playmaker on any team with Steph Curry on it. His lack of offense forced GS to revolve the system around his inability to finish or shoot at a high level at the expense of Steph’s career longevity. Steph proved he could win without him in the 2022 finals as a a PnR player. Dray turned in a performance so bad he had to benched down the stretch of game 4 for the dubs to win.

He also cost the warriors a chip in 2016 and probably at least one by running KD out of town. They should’ve shipped his ass out when Klay was shipped out but he took a pay cut to avoid being exposed on another team.
