Can you really blame a dude who started late, is approaching his 40's and body is falling apart for looking for a big money fight?

Sergio had nothing to gain fighting GGG but our respect, there was no money in that fight during Sergio's title reign...How many big pay days did Sergio have? and besides that Sergio fought everyone else at 160 worth mentioning...Who has Cotto fought at 160 and what chronic health issues does he have to fight one tune up fight between now and the PR day parade? and the there is no money in fighting GGG excuse isn't valid anymore...Dudes stock is through the roof right now,,,

Like I said earlier I don't even have a problem with Cotto trying to get the bigger fight with Canelo I just don't want to see the strap held hostage till those two come to terms which will never happen with Cotto's primadonna demands...This is why I feel the WBC should demand he fights his mandatory or Canelo sometime between now and the PR day parade...He fails to secure a fight with either one within that time frame he should be stripped...Since we all know they don't want it with GGG, they'll have to play ball with Canelo...
