What really happened is she wrote some generic sci fi script. and is trying to act like The Matrix took her ideas. But alot of the tropes already existed in many films

You could make a better argument that they stole their ideas from Wesley Snipes low key.

Gun kata martial arts action - check

all of which was done in Blade prior to the Matrix. but thats just the nature of the genre.
