Sounds nice in theory, but dangerous in practice. What happens when some guy with what would amount to $50,000 to $100,000 in loans ends up being unable to find a high paying job? What they really need to do is do some kind of audit of these universities and make them find a way to lower their expenditures and to trim the excess. There is no reason the prices of college have gotten to where they are now.

I think there's a few. You have to pay the salaries of all the faculty and university employees, hundreds of them, some of whom make 6 figures. You also have to pay for the facilites, my school i always building new shyt. Not to mention the capitalistic nature of most people who want to pad their bottom line and maximize profits. In state tuition is fair, but out of state levels is where is becomes more about the bottom line, in which case i'd agree that's too much.
