lower income neighborhoods are made up of individuals below the poverty line, as of 2010 27% of blacks fit this demographic higher than any other race... that's a fact, not hearsay... its not an insult or a form of degradation to point this out.

Helping black men graduate college, whom i think its safe to assume were facing some sort of financial hardship... is without question helping remove the stratification between individuals of lower income neighborhoods and those of higher incomes.

You're again. You'll get it next time. It's funny how you are saying that black=ghetto now but if I say I don't like most black people because most black people are ghetto or subscribe to ghetto culture I will be labeled as a racist or a c00n.
