NAW Philly Syrup and Pills Pre-Dates any rappers talking about that shyt. Always was bad in Philly. I'm talking early mid-90's

Malik B of the Roots fell victim to it bad and this was like 1996........

When I lived there my friends were all doing that shyt, Xanax etc.......Aint nothing new about that. Always was bad. It was a casual drug up there because the MOB ran the Pharmacies so ALL those pills were flooding the streets, BEEN flooding the streets.......
