Well, if you want the context, what you are talking about is from the first episode.
When she meets him she is only the second person he has ever seen in his life because he lived in the forest all his life, and was raised by his grandpa who died when he was very small so he mostly raised himself.

He has never seen another person aside from his grandpa and she is the first girl he has ever seen. He doesnt even understand she is a girl at first... so he spends alot of time asking her why she doesn't have a tail and why she has a butt on her chest cause he doesn't understand what breasts are. Then, since there is only one bed he hops on cause he doesn't understand about sex or whats considered improper between men and women and Bulma kicks him out of bed and makes him sleep on the floor... but won't tell him why exactly cause she presumes he is too young to be told.
So when he wakes up before her the next day he sees her still sleep on the bed and hops up saying 'there was enough room' assuming she thought there just not enough space on the bed... then he rests his head on her lap and realizes she has nothing there, so he takes off her panties to check (not realizing that he is waaaay out of pocket) and then he freaks out cause he has never seen a p*ssy.. but when he starts screaming 'your balls are gone!' she wakes up and is so preoccupied with thinking someone stole the dragonballs that she doesnt realize what he is talking about.

Its a tough call cause the dubbed american acting is way better because its a revised script and newer, but they censor a shytload of stuff.
Like you can see in the pics I posted the actual dialogue cause of the subtitles, but the US dub has them pretending he drugged them to try and steal the dragon balls. Nah... he drugged her to molest her, plain and simple. There are numerous edits and censorships like that in the US dub, even in the uncut version... but the US acting is better, I agree.

I'm watching each episode with the US audio but the subtitles on so I can see what they are actually saying and keep up on the true story.
