You take all of that to avoid going to going to the Doctor.

It is way better to eat miminally processed food but who has the time and inclination to eat a 8 oz steak and a big bowl of salad (no dressing) everyday all day.

If we had more non GMOéd organic food we wouldn't need suppz but we don't. I'm throwing out broccoli crowns every 4th day because where I'm at most food is organic.

Now if you want to get your jimmy thicker quicker then Tongkat Ali is best for that. Again it's something not really sold in Colombia but My beard usually takes a a couple of days for me to get a 5 o clock shadow now I need to shave everyday. And I get a strenght boost in the Gym.

No problem shyt is basically a circulation issue. On one hand you could eat Steak all day everyday that would give you zinc and Protein and Iron (most people are walking around with an Iron and Omega 3 defeciency) but that would clog up your veins before you'd get into heart attack territory the smaller veins to your dikk goes first which is why flabbyheads get whiskey dikk. Then you have to worry about cholestrol levels and stroking out

Suppz help aviod the downsides of eating too much meat and considering american cows eat soybeans and not grass. The Soy gives you estrogen and fukks with your testosterone.

Magnesium is good for general health it's something that you can't take too much of again best to each kale or spinach but if you can't eat that all day then take a suppz but with Magenesium take Magnesium citrate not oxicide. The Oxcide is cheaper but doesn't absorb nearly as well.

Lower your sugar intake as well for the same reason sugar in the blood damages blood vessels which leads to diabetes.

In general suppz are not regulated so taking some walmart or gas station shyt could be a placebo, Take shyt that is no soy or GMO and third party certified that what they say is in it is actually what's in it.
