How did they take that show and simply switch stations? I remember it coming on at like noon on 790 and now its the afternoon show on 680.
At this point i cant fukk with 790 at all outside of when the Stews are on. The morning show is just abhorrent. Steak Shapiro might be the worst sports talk guy in the nation. Cellini is the only person on that show who is tolerable. Mike Bell is only listenable in very small doses.

well, what happened was they drop Chuck Oliver to afternoon and Matt couldn't do that because he was doing some evening shiet with Channel 5 or some shyt, so they let Matt go. Oliver got his teeth kicked in by Buck Belue so they let him go. They pushed SoCo out the midday slot because Shapiro got to get his shine on and they was pushing Two Live Stews as a syndicated show. That why they had Brandon Adams covering the two hours and they only gave him a job because he let Cellini sleep on his couch after his wife kicked him out.
They put David Pollack on in the afternoon and that's all it took for Buck Belue to be shown what he is, "an old ass man who flamed out of minor league baseball and the highlight of his life is handing the ball to Herschel", by that time SoCo was on during the midday and they just flip shifts
In all honesty, I've never enjoyed the NFL more since I moved away from Florida. Watching NCAA football frustrates me so much. The same with NBA and college basketball. I still watch it, but I enjoy it a lot less than professional sports now. I don't know if me not being in college anymore has something to do with it

I can't listen to sports radio here. Alabama and auburn 24/7 and then the callers don't even know football.
And I'll say this while we're on the topic: Paul Finebaum has the easiest job of all radio host in the country. Anyone of us could do what he does. His callers make his show, call in and let them go at eachother. he just gives some simple information. shyt is too easy. And his voice is boring

that's one of the reasons i love living in Philly...one of the great sports towns around.....it's a big city with a small town feel and more locals than transplants so the fanmanship is crazy....you can feel it in the air especially eagle game days and whenever phills and flyers are in the playoffs
