Yea, them long runs is what fukked my legs up in the first place. They would want to do them in formation too :beli:

And crossfit is cool but cats be acting like it's the end all workout. I rather do insanity if I'm trying to lose weight...

I fux with kettlebells tho

I fukks with crossfit to a degree as well as other workouts but let's be 100 all those workout programs to include crossfit all come basic military calistenics, grass drills, and pretty much smoking sessions.

EXACTLY

Crossfit reminds me of basic football shyt, with circuit training. In fact, SEALS were already doing similar training like that, I believe, before it became popular. If cats seriously want to get better at crossfit, all the need to do is do GYMNASTICS type workouts. I used to have a book that had workouts for every sport you were interested in, from basketball to boxing, to hockey , water polo ... Almost anything.

And we did crossfit a few times during PT and it was a breeze but I've always been good at calisthenics, been doing them since middle school and It's genetic. Had cats in boot camp asking me was I in the SEALS :mjlol:

I would rather do crossfit then long runs tho

How often do military brehs get to workout? I expect to lose most of my gains in OCS with all of the cardio. :wow:
Almost everyday, just depends.

In OCS you'll just probably run a lot and do some push-ups. I lost weight in boot but I was doing cardio like shyt at least 3 times a day most days (swimming, running everywhere, IT). Wasn't bad, you were just tired all the time.

You'll probably drop some weight but not that much. My strength was still there mostly, I was just thinner.

Now, we have 3 scheduled days to PT per week but a lot of people do more than that. My schedule is either 5-6 times a week or I'll do 2-a-days on those 3 PT days.

And PT is usually just means running :beli:
