The Truth
Is how EVERY-fukkING-BODY acts as if they're some sort of workout guru.

I wrote something on my facebook about my workout being tough that I think I was gonna puke, and the first thing I got was some "advice" about drinking more water... :stopitslime:.

Maybe... just maybe it was because my leg workout consisted of high volume reps at 315... and that was the warmup :stopitslime::stopitslime::stopitslime:

I've come to the conclusion that I will not take workout advice from someone who can't complete 10 strict pullups... or someone who thinks crossfit is some sort of new invention. fukk your run time... :skip:

I've done 26 strict pull-ups in the past. :manny:

Since my shoulder surgery, I haven't done more than 16 in a row. Now, I can't do them anymore or I'm going to ruin my shoulder (due to osteoarthritis) :sadbron:

But, warming up with 315 lbs squats? That's impressive. I warm up with 135 lbs.

I was in iraq a few years ago ... was in the gym with a friend. We were finishing up, doing sit ups where you toss the medicine ball to the person standing up.

This dude came up to us with some tips ... he was wearing a garbage bag suit reserved for dudes on a fat boy program.

I was in the best shape of my life at that point (I'm not a big dude, so repping 225 on bench was about the pinnacle for me), and this clown in a fat boy suit was attempting to correct my form. I never saw him do anything other than stand there.

So, I understand.

Warming up with 315....high reps....squats?:leostare:
Yes friend....

Actually, I used to warmup with that when I was younger.

The workout I actually did was squats at 135 x 20, 185x 15, 225x15, 275 x 15, 315x15, 135x20 = 100 reps.. which is kinda like a warmup to me. Then moved on to leg press/obliques, hamstring curls, back extensions, calves/shins... then cardio for like 20 minutes..

All in all I was trying to get 300 reps in the leg department

... Possibly. I had leg surgery so it used to be crazier before that...Then it turned to shyt after surgery but now it's ok.

And I've just started doing this workout. I was doing the 5/3/1 routine for about a month before that. Got some good gainzzzz, now I'm trying to high rep shyt for about a month.

Sorry if I was doubtful...majority of people bullshyt when it comes to legs.:whoa:
I actually don't think it was that bad. And I'm better with legs/back then with chest. All my routines for the next month will be around 300 reps tho :sadcam:

Today is abs/calves/cardio

Yea, them long runs is what fukked my legs up in the first place. They would want to do them in formation too :beli:

And crossfit is cool but cats be acting like it's the end all workout. I rather do insanity if I'm trying to lose weight...
