Is how EVERY-fukkING-BODY acts as if they're some sort of workout guru.
I wrote something on my facebook about my workout being tough that I think I was gonna puke, and the first thing I got was some "advice" about drinking more water...

Maybe... just maybe it was because my leg workout consisted of high volume reps at 315... and that was the warmup


I've come to the conclusion that I will not take workout advice from someone who can't complete 10 strict pullups... or someone who thinks crossfit is some sort of new invention. fukk your run time...
