Is how EVERY-fukkING-BODY acts as if they're some sort of workout guru.
I wrote something on my facebook about my workout being tough that I think I was gonna puke, and the first thing I got was some "advice" about drinking more water... .
Maybe... just maybe it was because my leg workout consisted of high volume reps at 315... and that was the warmup
I've come to the conclusion that I will not take workout advice from someone who can't complete 10 strict pullups... or someone who thinks crossfit is some sort of new invention. fukk your run time...
