She/her character wasn't really annoying so much as she was annoying ugly. So I suppose nonetheless, I understand.

She was USELESS in the series and her only purpose was to get into dumb ass situations that her dad had to get her out of.

I hated the Rachel Dawes character. I have to say Katie Holmes in Begins was even worse. Hearing her lecture Bruce about crime in the beginning had me like all at once. I sometimes wish it was Katie Holmes's overly smug self who died in TDK.
