I'm curious now, what is your definition of "culture" then? Where did you reference your way of dress from? Where did you reference your way of speaking(slang/chilled out) from? Was it all derived from purely Canadian influence?

Jamaicans influenced everybody over here, up until this current younger generation most dude up here were culturally influenced by Jamaicans cuz that was where majority black people in the city was from. You can see this cultural distinction if you look at Canadian artists Pre-Drake. Them same people (Yardies) came and birthed hip hop in Brooklyn... Imagine if Dreds sat around saying how u stole their culture
