If we just mean looks, Qimmah is the better one to keep but you can find women that look similar to her easier than you can find women that look like Persephanii. If you're some combination of handsome/tall/wealthy gang she's not even particularly rare.

Persephanii is much rarer yet I doubt that I'd want her more than once for the sake of the experience, so she wins this question.
