Honestly, I think he's a lowkey 49er mouthpiece that's helping drive up Kaep's trade value after Kaep's agent burned it.

Edit: I think the Browns might be dumb enough to give up a 2nd for Kaep though.

why would browns get kaep and pay him 20m while going qb at second overall ?
whoever is getting kaep via trade is starting him. if browns do that they either draft BPA or trade down with someone who wants a QB
