I have no idea what strain it was, I fought and won the battle alone...the war was just beginning, I got severe anxiety attacks which landed me in the hospital 2 times and now I am on medication to calm me down. Yesterday was a good day but today the anxiety feeling is back and im suffering.

I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy, please get ur flu shots every year.

1. Sad thing is none of the map shows that anti-vaccines caused the problem. If you don't have clean water, sanitation and food, doesn't matter how many shots you get.

I've had a recent bout with anxiety as well, im feeling a lot better now that the doc told me a lot of my symptoms were anxiety related and not a real illness. I wish you luck, it really is all in your head, the flu probably just scared the shyt out of you
