Reigns seems to be approaching his career like a marathon rather than a race and is improving at a great pace. Once the older guys wind down, he's going to be in the main event for a long time. Rollins was already the most polished out of the three and is still good even though he's been a little exposed on the mic.
Ambrose hasn't improved anything about himself since coming in and he clearly has the most potential. Great characters are often way more legendary than great wrestlers. I can't say he's complacent (since he doesn't call the shots), but it feels like he's not going to break through that glass ceiling even though the lane for a guy like him is wide open.
