Lol you wanna know what's funny about this? They leak like a tiny bit of info on some shyt like this just to create the illusion that there's hope for the future... but realistically you know damn well they ain't gonna unveil no damn thorium to the public. This is the last we're gonna hear about it... on a youtube news show lol.

The powers that be will shut that shyt down before it ever becomes a viable option. Fast forward a year from now and no one is even gonna remember the word thorium.

  • Thorium is safer and cleaner than uranium because its radioactivity is significantly lower: "A chunk of thorium is no more harmful than a bar of soap", states Martin.[15]:11

What does "safer than Uranium" mean? Uranium is a deadly radioactive substance. So then safe is Thorium?

Sounds too good to be true. I don't want radioactive material in my car, in my house, or anywhere around me. The potential for misuse and mistakes are endless. I don't want to see Thorium generators in the trash either.

Scientists estimate the mining complex could yield 1 million tonnes of thorium if fully exploited, according to The South China Post, which obtained a declassified report of the survey.

The study has claimed that thorium resources in the country's mining waste 'remain totally untouched' and if properly extracted could be large enough to end the worldwide dependence on fossil fuels.

Researchers further allege that five years' worth of mining waste from an iron ore site in Inner Mongolia contains enough thorium to meet American energy demands for over 1,000 years.

The study identified 233 thorium-rich zones across the country and, if accurate, suggests that thorium reserves in China significantly exceed previous estimates.

China, which has started to build the world's first thorium molten salt nuclear power station, was previously believed to have enough thorium reserves to meet its energy needs for 20,000 years.
