Off the strength of this thread I went and ordered a wood fired pizza at a local shop. Passed by a Little Ceasars on my way there and seen that bytch empty and unsanitary

But yeah wood fired is very delicious. I think part of it is that those ovens are incredibly expensive so restaurants that have them probably more likely to have dope/novel/fresh toppings, make their sauce/dough in house rather than buy premade etc.
