When i start making some real money and have something saved up I want to look into purchasing about 40 acres of land adjacent to my family’s property that was swindled away by some cacs back in the day. From there get me a cheap home built on it or maybe like a trailer home and I’ll always have something that I OWN to come back to when I need to or for like retirement

I don’t think I’ll ever “reach” a money goal. Especially since ideas generate money
So... one of the things that I hate is the phrase, "As a black man... ______." But I'm going to make an exception right now because this is important.
