When i start making some real money and have something saved up I want to look into purchasing about 40 acres of land adjacent to my family’s property that was swindled away by some cacs back in the day. From there get me a cheap home built on it or maybe like a trailer home and I’ll always have something that I OWN to come back to when I need to or for like retirement

So... one of the things that I hate is the phrase, "As a black man... ______." But I'm going to make an exception right now because this is important.
As a black man, our focus needs to be elsewhere.
As a black man, we need to understand that our goal is not to make money in order to spend money. We need to make money so our money can make money.
When our money makes money, we give it to our kids so our kid's money can make money and our grandkids end up with wealth.
