Good night of fights from both Bellator and UFC. Lots of good action and quick finishes. WSOF was pretty wack. Nothing noteworthy and the fights were pedestrian

Didn't catch any of the UFC ppv, but I'm cool with Werdum winning. Saw the knee strike that landed on Hunt :wow:.

With Lamas ending the win streak of Bermudez, I guess we can take him out of the list of potential FW title contenders for now. Gastelum picking up the win over Jake, one of the few recent TUF winners who looks legit.

On Bellator, King Mo did what King Mo does. Nice to see his entrance back with the umbrella and the girls. Mike Richman wrecked Nam Phan, he has to be knocking on the door of a BW title shot. Phan might need to go ahead and retire. Schilling with the KO over Manhoef :gladbron:. As long as they give him favorable matches in the future, he could be a lot of fun to watch. The ending to Chandler/Brooks was very weird at first, but after seeing the replay it was clear that Chandler was rocked. Props to Ill Will for scoring the decisive victory, very nice homegrown talent for Bellator :ehh:. They should promote him. Tito/Bonnar was a seniors match, but you use guys like that to bring in attention and hopefully the ratings :yeshrug:.

On WSOF, Melvin/Justin was a fun scrap. Justin started hurting him with those leg kicks, but Melvin was sticking him with the jab early and often. Would have liked to have seen 2 more rds, if Only Melvin made weight :shaq2:.

The Brazilian chick who fought Aguilar started to come on late and was her toughest fight, but Jessica had the better wrestling and was hitting her a lot with that right hand. Branch stopped Okami with some improved striking, he's looked good in his last couple of fights :leon:

brehs :to: this loss was heartbreaking man... It really did show you how quick a fight can change with one strike

I'm proud of mark hunt, he'll always be the favourite son outta Samoa

:salute: to werdum, I hope he wins against Cain

I remember laughing at the whole Rally4Hunt 2 years ago, but hes come a long way since......I really was pulling for him :mjcry:

thanks. Dude's brain just checked out. not good.

Yeah, dude has been in a lot of wars between the 2 Eddie fights and the 2 Brooks fights. He probably relies too much on being quick and keeping his hands down. For his next fight, he could use an easier opponent to get back into the groove.
