He was doing all that on Wu Forever frfr....

Nah ...

It was indeed difficult to decipher his lyrics at times on Forever, but most of the time any given string of words would make sense in isolation (though the meaning might not have been clear in the larger context). He hadn't yet gotten to the Supreme Clientele-level "Scooby snack Jurassic plastic gas booby trap" shyt.

Side note: when Ghost first started rapping in what way, I remember a lot of dudes on internet forums were blaming Raekwon for supposedly influencing Ghost and making him less coherent

:heh:

The best is when it's halfway coherent mixed with random words that just sound cool together :russ:

Chop the O, sprinkle a little snow inside a Optimo
Swing the John McEnroe, rap rock 'n roll
Ty-D-Bol, gung-ho pro, Starsky with the gumsole
Hit the rum slow, parole kids, live Rapunzel :blessed:

Fire af...Can be deciphered, but who tf knows if Ghost even meant it to make any sense.

There was a long thread on SOHH of brehs breaking these lines down...that was before that interview where ghost said most of it was just random shyt he thought sounded dope :russ:

When the album dropped, as youngin' I always thought it was some wild slang that I was just too young to understand yet :dead:

I'll go with 'The Game' on Soul Survivor. That was zenith nonsensical Dini. Plenty of good examples after that, but that was the peak.
