I still don't think he was fukkin her. I just think they considered him "under" her. And she sees this as mutiny/she getting passed up by a black person. Its that basic with white people. Also for every state that says they don't allow it, there are bi laws for circumstances that a judge can and will override.

I know about common law marriage and its different in EACH state, and Country.
Yet if its so cut and dry, Im trying to figure out why most of these women having babies out of wedlock dont sue for half instead of JUST asking for child support?
