You caught that too. Could be biased since I've been leaning this way, KD is coming back late Feb-mid Mar. He won't be "that" guy and he'll be on heavy restriction the rest of season but he'll be in uniform. They ruled him out to protect from questions all year just like Klay.

That stuff with GS has people in arm since many feel they rushed KD and Cousins and both ended up even more fukked up. Nets doctors did the surgery, so if they say he's cleared then he's fine, I trust that.

I'd rather him get limited reps so he knows what to work on in the summer and do going forward, than no PT and kinda go blindly into next season.

Yup the way they are handling it is great. Him saying himself hes not expecting to play, org saying the same and its on Kevin so the expectation/decision is with him. When hes comfortable and feels good the decision is on him. This team wont clear him if hes not 200% ready to go.
