Great comeback, but we're really starting to struggle without Kyrie and Caris. 3 quarters we got embarrassed by an awful Hawks team, before that the same kind of performance against a bad Spurs team.

Spencer is incredible, but we can't do this for much longer. Good teams are going to punish us. Hopefully we all get a nice Christmas present with Kyrie and Caris cleared for contact over the next 7-10 days

Those couple of minutes where spencer had to sit cause he was in foul trouble and who did we have to depend on? Garrett Temple. :snoop: I swore the hawks were gonna pull away then

Incredible win. I thought we was dead in the water.

Levert needs to come back fast. We need someone that can create their own shot besides dinwiddde.

Deandre Jordan is such a lazy player. It seems as if he put forth 100% output he’d easily score 15pts 15rbs a night.

Prince gotta start scoring again. He’s been off lately.

Temple won us that game by keeping the team alive. That was amazing for him cause he isn’t that much of an offensive player.

Brandon “Scoop B” Robinson, writing for Heavy.com, reports that Kyrie Irving’s condition is now being called thoracic bursitis and that it will likely cause him to miss another two to three weeks. There is no confirmation regarding the change in terminology —from shoulder impingement to thoracic bursitis— but Robinson quotes “a source within the Nets organization”...

On Monday evening during Irving’s ‘Nike Kyrie Irving Invitational Tournament’ at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, a source within the Nets organization stated that Irving could be out two to three more weeks with what they are privately calling thoracic bursitis.

The Nets, of course, don’t comment on how long players will be out.

A physiotherapist contacted by NetsDaily said that thoracic bursitis — sometimes called scapulothoracic bursitis — affects the bursa sacs under shoulder blades. Bursa sacs a closed fluid-filled sac are found throughout the body and function as lubricants between tissue and bone. The condition, said the therapist, is very rare and not easy to diagnose. Key to treating it, he added, is plenty of rest along with anti-inflammatories and physical therapy. There is no surgical solution.

The condition, he noted, is caused by physical trauma, overuse or both.

No surgical solution if this is true which is good but how much more rest is needed is the real question now.
