Part of the reason a deal with us or somebody else hasn't happened is because they're having a hard time moving Westbrook. If there was decent demand for him then maybe you get a Harden trade before the draft too and Houston uses pick 16 to add to the new core.
They'll both be moved before training camp with Westbrook getting traded first. Once the dust settles with the draft, teams will have a better understanding of where they are heading into free agency. That's when one of the lower teams is putting in a bid.
