I went back and listened to it (along with The Black Album) and it isn’t nearly as good as I remembered it being. It was one of my favorites when it came out. Now Id probably rank it like 5th… maybe 4th depending on my moodI still think it's incredibly overrated but I know I'm in a small minority.

I can't believe it's one of his worse selling albums. At the time it seemed like it was a comeback and a big album in hip hop.
The album plus the I get money remix had me fooled in 07. Then him with the put on remix in 2008 and Mr. Carter with Wayne in 2008. And Jay had the Ain't I track around 07-08 as well that leaked ...as it didn't make the cut for shock value as Timbaland had the pop formula on lock mid 2000s.
Must have been mp3 downloaded a bunch of times. It was the Morpheus/limewire era etc. Album seemed everywhere....
