everyone can't be a star. Every team needs role players.
getting paid millions of dollars to develop> doing it in college for free.

Most NBA teams play 9-10 guys a night. So A lot of these guys are stuck behind older veteran players who been in the league awhile, eventually they will be pushed out.

I always say this.

the limited time these players have with their college coaches isn't enough to a turn role player into a superstar.

A lot of these productive players do it on their own. Some players have a skill set that works better in the college than it does the NBA and vice versa

Damian Lillard has been the best rookie guard this year under their logic all these one and dones guards should just go to Weber State :childplease:

:myman:

Do people think Durant is a great player because of Rick Barnes :mjpls: great players are great because of their skill level

I think people just use this excuse to bash coaches thye dont like

Try to make it seem like Coach K is somehow sabotaging players who would have been great pros if not for him :stopitslime:

Cousins shototign 40% as a big man:comeon:

MKG whos one strgngth is that he "plays hard" and ceilign is a Gerald Wallace:comeon:

Terrence Jones d league:childplease:

Brandon Knight :manny:

Daniel Orton :scusthov:

Doron Lamb :laff:

Enes Kanter :beli:

Anthony Davis is a bawse though

Half of this is the situation they got drafted into. Cousins is all kinds of fukkery :yeshrug: MKG's potential isn't anything Cal did. Jones is a tweener SF/PF & went to a team that had enough of both. Knight looks good in spurts :manny: Orton wasn't ready when he came out, then got drafted to play behind Dwight so he wasn't going to play much anyway, then he got hurt. Lamb :manny: Kanter never played for Cal, but he's playing great behin Jefferson.

Enes is a beast and already a top notch rebounder, once Al goes, he will get his shot, but he's only like 16 years old or someshyt

At least two years of college would have helped some of them out tremendously. But who am i to tell a guaranteed first round pick to not get that money. But it's still too early to judge them. Demarcus Wall Enes MKG Bledsoe and Knight still all have all star potential. And Anthony Davis is already on the way to successful career, just as long as he stays healthy.

Cousins needs to grow up, Wall should be better when he comes back
Other than that everyone is performing up to par

Patterson, Bledsoe, knight, all living up to their pick

It's not where you go, but what you do while you're there. Damian Lillard is a perfect example.
