Someone even warned everyone before the donations started. They saw a link to a news story and assumed it was official like anyone couldn't post a link.

They can contact GFM for a refund and I don't even understand how these donation threads are allowed in the first place let alone stickied.

People on here gave money to grifters like Jay Morrison. They gave to Umar's school, etc despite other posters' warnings. I don't feel sorry for anyone who hasn't learned by now.

There's time for a thar finger pointing. Anyone who gave to that fund need to be contacting the site and letting them know it's a fraud. Step one. From there the fund site will say what steps need to be taken to reverse donations of possible. Once we known the dude is not in the clear you can go in all you want on people.

Right now it's a distraction.
