Where as Omni is planet shattering.....however, we are never given an 100% All Might....ever, not in the manga or show. Even so, he can be crippled, and Omniman is basically Superman with the weakness of needing another super on his level, literally punch through his body.

But he survived. He even survived being cut in half, then blown up by Goku, and then surviving the destruction of Namek. An interesting match up would be the Viltrum empire vs Frieza's empire, before he destroyed Vegeta, and had the Ginyu Force.

Basically from the moment he met goku frieza's existence has been pain.
