The thing with MHA and it's universe is that even the most powerful heroes are not godlike. All-Might had clear limitations but managed to have the career he had and that is what made him special.

All Might doesn't have a killer instinct either. Omni-Man will try to kill him, not defeat him.

All Might would get bodied. It would have to be a strategic fight, with All Might sacrificing himself to just by time with Omni-Man, while another character like Eri is reversing time. Reverse time enough, and Omni-Man could possibly be brought back down to the power level of Invincible. Even then he's getting washed. She would probably simply have to reverse him out of existence.

Now Jiren, Beerus, Broly or Goku vs Omni-Man may be a contender.
