If both parents are mixed, then it is not unusual for some of their children to come out with different shades of skin tone or hair texture. Their next child might be the same shade of them or darker.

Baby is still very young probably aint even its permanent skin tone or hair. The mom is mixed and omarion ain't exactly the most darkest/broad featured brotha in the world either
