Women (and men) were shocked to find out "Power" actor Omari Hardwick was married.
Over the weekend, a picture surfaced of the eye candy out with wife, publicist Jennifer Pfautch, and their adorable son. The photo was instantly met with an onslaught of online commentators bashing his wife’s looks. The comments ranged from calling her “ugly” to “masculine” to “she looks like Jeremy Scott.”
It aint your crop if you aren't growing it. People feeling some type of way simply because you share something as unremarkable as skin color make me wonder what the fukk makes them so petty.
Well the same way if Tae Heckford, Beyonce, Meagan Goode, Mya, Kelly Rowland etc were all wifed up with CACs, brothers would most def feel a certain way about it, that's like not having access to the cream of YOUR crop![]()
Dude, when it comes to "long term" type of relationships, not everybody is scoping for the baddest women out. From what little I read, she was his publicist at one point. They spent a lot of time together. He fell for her. Fukk does that have to do with her not being black? The only "crop" of women I recognize is that of relatives, aka immediate family, and not someone who is of the same skin tone. We are related closer than I would be to a white man as far as heritage, but that "us" mentality ends with love and relationships. Im not gonna fall for someone or avoid falling for someone on account of skin color. Hell, I worked in the suburbs for years, was interested in nerdy ass card games. Wanna know what girls more than likely shared those interests with meNikka unless Omari grew up in a Scottish household in the Highlands, he's part of the black "crop" so to speak. I don't think brothers give a f*ck that Nicole Richie is married to a CAC, she's not part of our "crop". But trust if Kelly Rowland or Tajari Henson married a CAC brothers would be up in arms. Meaning that when you have no chance of landing someone who basically grew up in the same community/same type of community you did, you feel a bit worthless. And then on top of Omari being with a white chick, he's with one that looks like Marilyn Manson's ugly duckling siblingMore than anything, I think that's it. If you date outside your race, there should be some redeeming quality (e.g. hotness, wealth, education, celebrity, athleticism) something. Just that a lot of black men seem to be willing to accept trailer trash just because of the color of the skin, and that more than anything would upset sisters who love them some black men
Trust if Damaris Lewis gets married to a Drew Carey type CAC I would be talkin' hella sh*t too
