82 games is a large sample size. So if you are ‘streaky’ the numbers would reflect that. You will have not only games but whole seasons where you dip into the mid 30s from 3. Kobe was a streaky 3 point shooter. Jason Williams. JR Smith. Lillard, etc. Their numbers reflect that volatility

Meanwhile Steph shot between 42-45% from 3 for like 7 years straight. He’s been under 40% for a season once. He is not ‘streaky’. Yall just 24/7 news cycle ‘embrace debate’ babies overreacting
