I'mma say this. When we see an ant what do we see? An inferior lifeform that can't think anywhere near the same level as us. Now, assuming aliens don't exist in our solar system, the closest solar system to us is Alpha centauri. Alpha Centaur is more than 4 LIGHT YEARS away from Earth. In order for aliens to get here, they'd have to either achieve light speed(which some scientists think is impossible for life forms) OR they use wormholes. In either scenario, those visiting aliens would be WAY more advanced than us and would see us the same way we see ants, little shyts that can be squashed. Or they'd be pillaging our planet for resources. We would DEFINITELY all notice them.
